Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon acceptance of the shipment by the designated carrier.

Refunds and Returns

Return Policy

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

Products cannot be returned, restocked, or reused after leaving our facility due to quality-control, safety, and regulatory considerations.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact our support team within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number;
Photographs of the affected item(s);
A description of the issue.

Upon verification, Peptiders Research may provide a replacement item at no additional charge. Refund requests for verified issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

Customers should carefully review all shipping information, billing details, and product selections before submitting an order.

Peptiders Research is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned shipments, or incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Lost or Seized Shipments

Peptiders Research will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment tracking and carrier inquiries.

However, once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Peptiders Research is not responsible for losses, delays, confiscations, customs actions, or other events beyond our control.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for shipments lost, delayed, refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Shipping and Payments

Shipping

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

Peptiders Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for:

Import permits;
Customs duties;
Taxes;
Regulatory compliance;
Product legality within their jurisdiction.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages refused, confiscated, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Payments

Full payment is required before shipment.

For ACH or e-check transactions, you authorize a one-time debit from your designated account for the total order amount.
